Sean Uy is a Southern California native, born and raised in the coastal city of San Diego. He started young as a digital media enthusiast with graphic design which later developed with his love for storytelling. During his high school years he coupled that passion of storytelling through graphics with writing as a journalist for The Ranch Review. Due to the lack of photographers on staff, no choice was left but to take photos for his own articles. Months of this responsibility later with several hours logged off duty behind the lens evolved to what is now his passion for photography.

He remains as an active duty service member and has mastered the balance between service to country and service to others through various forms of digital medium; photography, videography, and graphic design.

In addition to being a service member, he serves as a volunteer photographer and digital media creative for Inspire Church located in Waikele on the island of Oahu, HI.

His experience comes from a multitude of shoots/events from engagements, weddings, maternity, family, retirements and the many other milestones of life. His relentless dedication to capturing life’s most greatest & precious moments as well as sharing the story is unmatched.
